- Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) – Customers are responsible for notifying us of any TPOs or conservation restrictions. We can assist with applications but cannot be held liable for fines due to undeclared restrictions.
- Waste Removal – Unless otherwise agreed, waste produced will be removed responsibly in line with UK environmental standards.
- Access & Property Damage – Customers must ensure reasonable access to the site. We will take care to avoid property damage, but we are not liable for damage caused by poor access conditions.
- Payment Terms – Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Cancellations – Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to scheduled work. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
